Terms of Use
Last updated: August 1, 2026
By using MoneyToolKit(“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Educational purpose only
Every calculator, article, and number on MoneyToolKit is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is, or should be treated as, personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, tax preparer, or attorney, and using this site does not create any advisory relationship.
Before making any significant financial decision — buying a home, changing your investment strategy, filing taxes, taking on debt — consult a qualified, licensed professional who knows your full financial situation.
No warranty on accuracy
We build every calculator from standard financial formulas and check them against known reference scenarios (see our About pagefor how). Even so, calculations depend on assumptions about the future — rates of return, inflation, tax rules — that no one can predict with certainty, and the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bugs happen; if you spot one, please tell us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyToolKit and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its calculators — including decisions made based on numbers this site produced. You use the site, and act on its output, at your own discretion and risk.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Don't scrape or bulk-extract content in a way that harms site performance for other users.
Intellectual property
The design, code, and written content on MoneyToolKitbelong to us unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to our calculators and share results, but please don't copy the site's content or design wholesale and present it as your own.
No account, no guarantees of availability
Since there's no account system, there's nothing tied to your identity that we could suspend or delete. We do aim to keep the site available and fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — like any website, things can occasionally go down for maintenance or unexpected issues.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continuing to use MoneyToolKitafter a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll always update the “last updated” date above when we do.
